1. As part of our company´s policy, we do ask that all customers pay a 50% deposit in advance to reserve their tour spot.

2. Furthermore, please know that if you plan to pay the total of the tour with a credit card, you must do so beforehand by sending a payment to our Pay Pal account. We only accept cash on the day of the tour.

3. Of course, our tours are 100% guaranteed so if you happen to be unhappy with your tour for any reason at all, you will not be expected to pay a dime or your money will be returned. 

4. Cancellation conditions - Full Refunds will be given to any customer who notifies us of his/her cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.  If La Bicicleta Verde cancels the tour for weather reasons, of course a full refund will be given.
