1. As part of our company´s policy, we do ask that all customers pay a 50% upfront deposit to reserve their tour spot.

2. Furthermore, please know that if you plan to pay the totality of the tour with a credit card, you must do so beforehand by sending a payment to our Pay Pal account. We only accept cash on the day of the tour.

Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to the us as the merchant.

3. Of course, our tours are 100% guaranteed so if you happen to be unhappy with your tour for any reason at all, you will not be expected to pay a dime or your money will be returned. 

4. Cancellation conditions - Full Refunds will be given in full to any customer who notifies of his/her cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.  If La Bicicleta Verde cancels the tour for weather reasons, of course a full refund will be given.

5.  Please send just a 50% deposit by clicking on the Pay Pal icon at the bottom of this page.
