Should I bring my own bike to the tour?
No. All of our tours include a green bike, helmet and bottle of water. And of course, a bilingual guide.

Do I have to wear a helmet?
As it stands, Chilean law does indeed require it, apart from the fact it is a simple safety measure.

Do I have to make a reservation in advance, or can I just turn up without notice?
Reservations are always recommended, as we have a limited amount of bikes. Although reservations are not needed for bike rentals, those who have made reservations are given first priority.

Should I be really physically fit to do a tour with you all?
No, not at all. Anyone who knows how to ride a bike will enjoy our tours. Both children and elderly folk have joined us over the past months with no problems as all. All of our tours have a number of short stops while in route to share information, ask questions, laugh and rest when needed.
